Forbyof Lab ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.forbyof.com website (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is licensed by TermsFeed Generator to Forbyof Lab.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at www.forbyof.com

User Data & Access Tokens, Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, on your behalf we may ask your Target Audience or End Users to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (only those that you deem relevant to your business and accordingly configure in our product settings) that can be used to help you identify them through our service platform. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your target audience name, phone number, postal address, other information ("Personal Information").

When you create campaigns (marketing or surveys) in our platform, you authorize us to use the PII data to send promotional messages via SMS & e-mails on your behalf to your target audience. However, you control the trigger to schedule these promotions.

Our product platform asks your administrator (of our product - The Right Hand Men) for access to your Google Drive folders - through OAuth based Access Tokens which are encrypted and stored securely. These will help your administrator to let the platform transfer the Workflow Template Sheets to your Google Drive - which the service platform will read again (after your administrator customizes them) and synchronize with your account's database records in the service platform.

We also ask your administrator (of The Right Hand Men account) to give our service platform the authorization needed to access your social media handles - like Facebook Pages, WhatsApp accounts, Telegram Channel, Twitter, Microsoft Bot assets, etc. - again through OAuth based Access Tokens which are encrypted and stored securely.

You have the option to delete the user data and associated tokens by disconnecting your social media accounts from The Right Hand Men account "Settings" page - which deletes Facebook page handles, Page access tokens, Telegram Bot Token, Microsoft Bot Client Id & Secret, etc.

When your social media handles and assets get disconnected from your account with The Right Hand Men, the associated assets and their IDs are also deleted from our databases - assets like WhatsApp Business Account IDs, WhatsApp Phone Number IDs, Facebook Page IDs, Instagram IDs, etc.

If you change your mind and decide to re-connect these social media handles, you'll have to follow the on-boarding process again.
